I tried the chocolate shake and it tasted pretty good, filled me up until lunch time and definitely had less cravings. Going to try the 9-day program to lose a bit more weight, but think I'll use these instead of cereal for breakfast now.
I usually don't like meal replacement shakes, they end up tasting chalky and lumpy, but this one was great - really tasty, mixed up well (tasted best with a bit of ice in there) & did the trick!
Can't go a morning without my shake! Fills me up, stops me snacking and has great protein. I like to mix some Isagreens with the vanilla shake - sets me up for the day!
