We don’t recommend using fad diets which provide short-term results, but encourage people to make lasting changes by making small improvements which go on to be habits and provide long-term benefits. For example something as simple as starting the day with a glass of warm water with freshly squeezed lemon, rather than your usual coffee, or switching from regular shampoo to a natural shampoo can make a difference. Importantly when you add the small ‘tweaks’ together the improvements can be dramatic and you can significantly reduce your toxin exposure and make great improvements to your health.
